Neighbors Under The Banyan Trees In July On Anna Maria Island
Banyan Tree Estates developers invited neighbors to meet under the Banyan Tress on Park Avenue for refreshments and discussion about the Banyan Tree Estates project last Monday. Neighbors under the banyans gives neighbors a chance to ask developers questions and get updates on what’s being done in the Banyan Tree Estates subdivision.
Neighbors met under the gigantic Banyan Tree on Park Avenue around 5pm, where they were greeted by the dynamic team responsible for the project, including: Larry Chatt, Alan Galletto, and David Teitelbaum with Island Real Estate, as well as Brent Whitehead of Whitehead Construction.
Brent Whitehead led neighbors across the street to a beautiful 3 story coastal home on Beach Avenue that was in the final stages of construction.
David Teitelbaum read a letter from Steve and Mary Walker to neighbors. In the letter Steve spoke about his uncle Steve and Aunt Virginia who loved living in the Banyan Tree Estates neighborhood.
Teitelbaum and Galletto told neighbors about the deed restrictions to protect the beautiful banyan trees and how the project started. Brent Whitehead told neighbors about the unique relationship between the banyan trees and the beach. While neighbors got their chance to ask questions about the project and things expect in the future.
